                               RESOLUTION NO. 21294
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                  REAPPOINT JACK MARCELLIS AS CHATTANOOGA'S
                  REPRESENTATIVE TO THE SOUTHEAST MUNICIPAL
                  SOLID WASTE PLANNING REGION BOARD.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to reappoint Jack Marcellis as Chattanooga's representative to 
the
       Southeast Municipal Solid Waste Planning Region Board for a
       six-year term ending May 31, 2001.
